We offer legal advice, the drafting of opinions and procedural documents, and representation before courts and public administration bodies in Italy.
Inheritance law
We provide assistance in matters concerning the inheritance of assets located in Italy, both on the basis of a will and under intestate succession. We support clients in inheritance proceedings, the obtaining of documentation, the acceptance or rejection of an inheritance, the division of the estate, and matters relating to inheritance taxation. We also advise on matters involving an international element, in particular between Poland and Italy.
Property law
We provide legal assistance in matters concerning ownership, co-ownership, and other rights in rem to immovable and movable property. We offer support with the purchase, sale, and donation of real estate in Italy, the regularisation of the legal status of property, neighbour disputes, easements, and the protection of property rights.
Pensions and foreign benefits
We assist in obtaining pensions, disability benefits, and other benefits payable under the Italian social security system. We represent clients before the competent institutions, in particular before the Italian social security authority, and provide support in matters relating to the determination of contribution periods, the coordination of the social security systems of European Union states, and the pursuit of benefits due.
Social welfare law
We advise on access to social benefits and social assistance provided for under Italian regulations. We assist in the preparation and submission of applications, the compilation of documentation, and we represent clients in proceedings concerning the granting, refusal, or withdrawal of benefits.
Cross-border matters Poland–Italy
Thanks to our knowledge of the Italian legal system and of international issues, we support clients in matters involving a foreign element that require the application of Italian law, Polish law, and European Union law.
Each case is analysed individually, taking into account the specific nature of the Italian legal order as well as the client’s personal and financial situation.
