The data provided in the contact form (name, e-mail address, message content) is processed in order to respond to the enquiry and – if circumstances so require – to establish legal cooperation. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR.

3.2 Newsletter and Marketing Communication

If the user subscribes to the newsletter or gives separate consent to marketing communication, the e-mail address is processed in order to send information about services and legal updates. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. Consent may be withdrawn at any time.
